The 90-Minute MBA® is a business management seminar that presents the accumulated knowledge and insights of thousands of small business owners. Now you can learn practical and effective management strategies from the real-life successes (and failures) of small businesses.
The seminar was created at the request of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to share valuable knowledge with business owners. Those attending the seminar learn to recognize the most common traps and pitfalls awaiting unsuspecting entrepreneurs. They find out what others have done, what works, and what doesn’t. Then they are given the tools to help them from the Panic stage of business into the Prosperity Stage.
Arnold S. Grundvig, Jr. is the seminar director. He wrote the book, The 90-Minute MBA, and he is a specialist in “turnaround” management. He is the owner of A-Systems Corporation, where the first accounting software for the PC was created in 1978.
Arnold worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet. This gave him the unique opportunity to inverview over 14,000 business managers and small business owners.
